Welcome to Proceedings
The ASCE Library currently includes all conference papers published by ASCE from 2000 to the present, and selected papers published between 1996 and 1999. Proceedings abstracts are available free for searching and browsing by interest area, publication title, conference title, and conference year. Full-text articles can be purchased individually or accessed by subscription or using an ASCE Library Card. More than 28,000 proceedings papers are included; 7,000 new papers were added in 2010.
Author's Guide
A proceedings book or CD-ROM containing papers presented at your conference will be produced from the manuscripts received from authors. These instructions are intended to help you prepare your paper so that it proceeds smoothly through the production process.
Editor's Guide
These instructions will help organize and inform editors of ASCE-published Proceedings. If you follow this guide, the final product will be an attractive and consistent document. Please refer to the conference website for instructions about your conference.

About Proceedings
ASCE publishes Proceedings in print and on CD-ROM that contain papers from the most prestigious professional meetings of leading civil engineers from around the globe. Proceedings are usually available in time for the conference at which papers are being presented, offering first access to breakthrough data and developments.
Proceedings originate within ASCE’s Institutes and Technical Activities Divisions. If you are interested in submitting a paper for an ASCE conference, consult with the appropriate Institute or Division or visit the calendar of upcoming conferences.
